How Do I Reserve Blue Label Bartending?
Contact us by phone, email or form below for a quote. Make a payment, or follow the links below to pay online. We require a non-refundable prepayment to hold us for your party. The remaining balance is due the Monday before your event. We accept cash, check, credit card or debit card as forms of payment.

Pricing:
At Blue Label Bartending, our pricing is tailored to your specific event details, including the date, location, time, duration, types of alcohol served, total number of guests, optional rentals, and any special accommodations you may require.
Our base packages begin at $325 for up to 75 guests, ensuring you get the best value and service for your unique occasion.

Does Blue Label Provide Alcohol, mixers, or garnishes?
No.
We are a dry hire bartending service, not a caterer. Only a caterer with an off-site liquor catering license can transport and provide both the service and the alcohol, mixers, and/or garnishes in Oklahoma.
The customer is responsible for purchasing and transporting all alcohol, mixers and fruit garnishes.

What About Cash Bars?
We generally discourage the use of cash bars. Even if your party is a private event there are special licenses needed for you to have a cash bar. Unless you are an organization with a Special Events Liquor License or a licensed caterer you should consider having an open bar (free drinks for your guests). If you want a cash bar and do not have a catering or special events license we will not serve your cash bar.
Where do you serve from?
Customer will ensure there is at least one to two tables available per bartender, a bar at the venue, or a bar rental. Customer is responsible for any linens or tablecloths for bar tables.
If there are multiple bar locations additional bartenders and/or bar backs may be needed.
Outdoor bars will be subject to additional fees.
Bar rentals are available.
How Do I Deal With Ice?
Other than the alcohol, ice is one of the most important yet often overlooked items needed for your party. For your convenience ask about having Blue Label Bartending provide ice and coolers for your event. Please note that we do not provide ice for beer kegs; the customer is responsible for keeping the keg chilled.
If you are providing ice we will need ice and a cooler to chill beer, wine, and/or champagne, and clean drink ice for mixed drinks. Please provide at least one 100-quart ice chest with 50 lbs of ice per 50 guests.
How Do I Deal With Cups?
Blue Label offers multiple cup packages.
Our standard package of clear plastic cups includes 9oz for wine, and 12oz for mixed drinks and beer.
We can recommend rental accommodations for glassware.
What If I Want Kegs?
Kegs can be easier to deal with than bottles/cans, but this depends on several factors. If you decide to have kegs, you will need to either secure a professional keg service, a commercial jockey box, or rent our stainless steel keg taps.
If you don’t go through a professional keg service and want to provide the kegs yourself, here’s what you’ll need to think about:
- Kegs take a very long time to chill. You will need to ensure the kegs are encased in ice and stable for at least 6 hours prior to the party.
- You will need to provide something leak-proof in which to house the kegs, such as large trash cans with plastic liners.
- You are responsible for all ice for the keg both before and during the party.
- Lastly, if you do not have professional jockey box service you will be required to rent our keg taps. The plastic taps which typically accompany keg rentals are often flimsy and break easily. Our taps are made of chrome, are very durable, and up to twice as fast to pour a drink. They work on all American kegs. Please let us know if you need a European style keg tap.
How Do I Tip?
In order to ensure that the bartending staff is adequately compensated for their work, it is often the practice of event hosts to add a 25% gratuity to the bill for service as a tip.
If guests are tipping at a host bar, $1 - $5+ per drink is standard, depending on the complexity of the drink.
